Week 2 Run 2 | Couch to 5K Program

Feeling a little better, worked out I need to be running in a more upright position instead of trying to drive myself forward with my head. Once upright breathing seems to work better, Pete suggested bigger strides but I’m just not fit enough for that yet. I tolerated the 1m 30s runs a little better but really not looking forward to doubling the time next week.

I’m having one of those I can’t moments, I keep telling Pete I might need to repeat this week as I don’t feel ready for it.  I wish the Apple watch would stop trying to compete with the Couch to 5K app, yes I know I am running, no I don’t want to log it with you, you’ve turned my interval trainer off goddammit, now I’m starting to panic, I don’t know how many seconds are left on my interval bah.

The bonus is another beautiful sunset over the lake as a reward for all the mahiMaori word for work.
