Week 1 Run 2 – Couch to 5K Program
Slightly easier day although not sure that my pace was any better than yesterday. Feel nervous going for a run, wondering what it will feel like today. Still struggling through the running and breathing. Henley Lake is my chosen running spot, it’s full of mosquitos in the evening, especially if it’s warm and still. Our joke is that we are racing the mosquitos. They seem to latch onto you at the beginning and follow you around the lake.
Again pleased to finish, proud that we got out two nights in a row. Not sure I’m going to finish this but let’s see.
