Week 3 Run 3 | Couch to 5K Program
I was a bit worried about this run as we hadn’t done one for a while. Life had just got in the way for some reason. We’ve been working on getting better nutrition and doing some harder workouts at CrossFit so we took some rest days.
I found the three minute runs very hard and didn’t feel ready to go onto the next week. My legs felt like they wouldn’t carry me for the last minute of each three minute run. I was starting to worry that I would have to repeat this run a few more times and was building Week 4 up to be a really big thing.
I completed this run though, it was hard and I didn’t stop in the running sections.
